How we run site work

Thorough site management, transparent trade coordination

Buildonic keeps every stage of a build visible to the people paying for it. Scope, schedule and site conduct are set out early, then managed daily.

Daily practice

Safe, clean and steadily progressing sites

Each working day starts with a site walk, a review of the trades on the programme and the materials due in. Access routes, waste and tools are kept in order so that work moves forward without surprises.

Supervisors record progress against the schedule and raise any change with the project owner before it affects the build.

Our method

Four phases from assessment to handover

01

Site assessment

We inspect the site, existing structures and access, and test the scope against realistic material lead times.

02

Logistics scheduling

Trades, deliveries and inspections are sequenced so each stage has what it needs before it begins.

03

Trade execution

Disciplined trades carry out the work under a single supervisor, with progress reported to the owner.

04

Handover

We walk the completed work with the owner, review what was built and confirm the next steps clearly.
